I never published this paper, but I have included it in my research list
because it is the first specification of trade share equations for
my multicountry econometric model. The trade share equations
in this paper were used
for the results in 1982#2.
The specification of the trade share equations was changed for the model
presented in 1984#2--see Chapter 4, Section 4.2.6, .
